Yes, each product page has an "Include a Gift Message" section where you can type your personal message to the recipient of your box. Your message will then be transferred onto our custom, gold-foil Anna & Amy stationary and neatly placed into your gift. 

Unfortunately, due to the demand of Anna & Amy gifts, we can no longer offer local pick-ups. At this time, we are an e-commerce store only. Should this change in the future, we will certainly let you know. Feel free to join our mailing list to stay updated on such news and more... 

Fully mindful of gifting etiquette, we do not include any receipts in our boxes, as we understand that many of our customers ship their gifts directly to their friends and family. Thus, rest assured, your gift's purchase price is nowhere to be found in your package. Instead, for your records, you will receive a receipt of your purchase via email. 

Yes, we are pleased to share that we do offer custom gift designs for clients interested in placing a larger order (minimum order quantities are required). We accept custom orders from event planners, office coordinators (for corporate gifts) as well as individuals hosting an event. As each client's event and gift specifications are unique, we begin the design process by first sending a questionnaire to identify what the client is interested in and envisioning. Then, we follow up with the client with any questions and gift idea proposals. To get started, please fill out our "Contact Us" form, requesting our "Custom Gift Design" Questionnaire. We will send it to you soon and be in touch with you shortly after receipt of your responses! Typically, we ask for a 6 week lead time in order to design, prepare and package your gifts. We hope you think of us at your next event!




Typically, we process your orders within 2 business days, and it takes 2-6 days for your shipment to arrive via standard ground shipping, which depends on your "ship to" location. If you’re in a bind and need your package to arrive sooner, please feel free to email us at gifts@annaandamy.com and we'll see if there is anything we can do to accommodate your gifting schedule.

If you select expedited shipping, we will fulfill orders placed before 2 pm PST the same business day. Otherwise, we will fulfill your order the next business day.

Due to the nature of the items in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. At Anna & Amy, we have implemented strict quality packaging protocols to ensure that your gift is received in perfect condition 100% of the time.  If, however, in the unlikely event that your gift box arrives with a material defect (i.e., missing or damaged items), please notify us within 48 hours so that we can make it right!
